Timing is Everything when fishing DRY FLIES

Although every season brings new conditions and weather patterns, a few things stay the same year after year. Historically, the big bugs hit the Big Hole River between June 10th and 15th, and last about a week. After the big push of bugs, the golden stones will stick around another couple weeks - and that can be some of the best fishing of the season! As a great insurance policy, the Beaverhead river is a great fallback plan - so there is no need to worry about high water conditions!
